You will need to marinate both the chicken and the veg for some time, no less than 30 minutes yet 4+ hours is ideal!

Begin by cutting the veg into long cuts (best to grill), put all together in a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with olive oil and balsamic coating, and hurl to coat. Cover the bowl and marinate in the icebox.

Next, in a huge resealable plastic cooler sack, blend the juice of 1 lemon, 1/4 container olive oil, garlic, paprika, cumin, turmeric, and 1 tsp salt. Include the drumsticks, seal the sack and turn the pack a few times to coat the chicken. Refrigerate to marinate.

When you’re prepared, warm up your flame broil to medium. I jump at the chance to flame broil my chicken first on the grounds that the veggies cook quick on the barbecue, and the chicken can rest while you’re cooking the veg. Flame broil the chicken, swinging sporadically to get the burned spots and cook equally. Exchange the chicken to a plate, shower with olive oil, cilantro and present with lemon wedges. Barbecue the veggies, flipping once to cook equitably and get those decent flame broil marks. Discretionary: sprinkle with olive oil or balsamic coating when serving.
