Malabar Iftar Snack Pazham Aval Nerachathu

For a long time I think about making a great deal of bananas. I always made myself with fruit, cakes and bread. I was so fed up with that. So when I felt I felt my child’s remembrance of the food brought in by my mother. I made it one idea and I made it.

Ingredients:
Ethapazham – 2 medium sized

1/4 cup – wheat

aval-1/2 cup

sugar 1 tsp + 1 tsp ( watch the video for clarity)

water- as required ( watch the video for clarity)

cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp (watch the video for clarity)

pinch of salt

ghee ( as per need, optional)

lFirst, melt very little worm in a pan. Add a handful of fried figs to it. Add a handful of coconut syrups and mix well. Add the cardamom powder, cashew and ghee (1 small spoon) to it detail watch this video
