How to Make Whipped Cream

Pop your bowl into the cooler 15 minutes early and make a point to begin with cream straight from the refrigerator: the colder everything is, the less demanding and quicker whipping will be. Empty the cream into the chilled bowl. Tip: One measure of whipping cream makes around two measures of whipped cream.

A decent general guideline is 2 tablespoons of sugar for each measure of cream, however don’t hesitate to alter the sweetness to your own taste.  Tip: If you’re in a rush, fine confectioners’ sugar breaks up quicker than the granulated assortment.

Beat the cream until the point that it starts to thicken.
Set the blender to high and make a point to move the mixers around the bowl, once in a while exchanging bearing.
Lower speed and keep beating until the point that delicate pinnacles shape.
