How to Make Whipped Cream

Pop your bowl into the cooler 15 minutes early and make a point to begin with cream straight from the refrigerator: the colder everything is, the less demanding and quicker whipping will be. A decent general guideline is 2 tablespoons of sugar for each measure of cream, however don’t hesitate to alter the sweetness to your own taste.  Tip: If you’re in a rush, fine confectioners’ sugar breaks up quicker than the granulated assortment.
