Position it so the 3-inch cuff is approximately 3 inches below the edge of the mattress at the head of the bed and about a foot of material hangs over on either side. Smooth out the wrinkles and turn the sheet down about 15 inches to leave room for your pillows.

Lift the hangover on the side, grab the tucked end and pull it tight. Repeat on the other side of the bed and smooth out any wrinkles.

Move 18 inches toward the head of the bed and pinch the hangover, near the floor, between your thumb and fingers. Pull it up over the edge of the bed to form a diagonal fold and lay it on the mattress. The edge from the tucked in bottom will be visible, making the corner of the bed resemble a partially wrapped package. Pull the sheet panel left covering the corner of the mattress taut and tuck the hanging sheet under.

Hold the panel against the mattress in place with one hand and lay your diagonally folded sheet over it to form a 45 degree angle. Remove your hand and tuck the sheet tightly under the mattress. Repeat on the other side.

Place your pillows at the head of the bed and pat them to an even height. Pull the sheet over the pillows and tuck the remainder of the sheet under the mattress on both sides of the bed.
