egg masala gravy simple egg curry recipe
Begin by hard heating up the eggs. Peel them and make bunches of slices in them. Put aside.
Presently make the masala.Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai. Include the entire flavors and dish them for 3 mins on low warmth till they are toasted and cooked. Take them in a blender and add some water to it. Make into a smooth glue.
Presently warm some more oil in a kadai. Include mustard seeds, turmeric powder and curry clears out.
Presently include the onions and green bean stew alongside some salt. Saute this for 2 mins till they are translucent. Cover the container with a top and cook for 5 more mins, so the onions turns delicate and cooked.
Presently include the masala glue alongside ginger garlic glue and saute this till the oil isolates to finish everything.
Presently include the tomato puree and cook them for 5 more mins till they are cooked.
