Download Aaadharam online: Aadharam is the most important document about a place. Therefore, if they are lost or not stored properly, they often face major problems. Many of us do not know what to do if the aadharam is lost. However, a certified copy of the affidavit and sub-affidavit will be available at the Sub-Registrar’s Offices. Such a copy is called a Certified Copy of Documents. Here are the things you need to know to get a copy of the Aadharam , previous affidavit and certified copy.

How to get certified copy of a Land document?

A copy of all the documents on which you register will be kept at the Registrar’s Office. If the proof is lost or a certified copy is required then it can be applied at the Sub-Registrar’s office. Copies of all documents from the time of the Registrar’s Office onwards are kept in this manner. Certified copy is not the same as attested copy of Aadhaaram.In case of loss of aadharam,a certified copy is considered as the main document. The application for a certified copy must be submitted online. But you have to go directly to the office for certificate and buy it.

How to apply for certified Land copy?

www.keralaregistration.gov.in,The application should be submitted through the website. On the page that appears when you open the site, select the Online Application option. Then select the Certified Copy in the Certificate option at the top of the resulting page. Select the submit application for cc option. The District and Sub-Registrar’s Office of the Registrar’s Office should be filled in on the resulting page. When you select the Nature of Document option, you will see three options. Of these, Book One stands for Agreement Part Issue. Book ‌ three stands for Death Certificate or Will. book 4 is the Power of Attorney. In this you have to select the book number as per your requirement.

If you do not know the nature of Aadhaaram then you can choose the sale option. However, this does not apply to the basis of the Book Three and Book Four options.

The details of the applicant should be given in the Application Details section below. Name, phone number, email id and district must be entered correctly. Anyone who needs a copy can apply, but it is not possible to apply for a book three category basis. This requires a death certificate. The application can be submitted by the person who wrote it or by writing for the evidence which belongs to the Book Four category. Then the buyer of the aadhaaram should give all the details like who signed the aadhaaram and so on. If book 1 is given in writing to those who need it, there is no need for the author. The year of registration of the Aadhaaram is required to get the certified copy. If you have the Aadhaaram , you will get the number and the book number on the back of it. In the Number of Copies section, enter the number of copies required. You have to pay Rs 15 as application fee and Rs 105 as search fee. Only this fee can be paid online. You have to go directly to the office to buy the certificate.

You will get an application ID on the make payment page. The rest of the transactions have to be done using ID. The receipt to pay the copy fee will get when going to the registrar’s office.

Also stamp paper purchased in the name of the applicant is required. Rs 50 stamp paper is used for this. Documents required when going to the Registrar’s Office include copy fee, stamp paper and legal size white paper. Receipt will be given on payment of copy fee Sometimes you will get the certified copy on the same day or in two or three days.
