INGREDIENTS
Basmati rice-1 cup, Ghee-1 tbsp, Ginger-garlic-paste -1 tsp, Onion Chopped-1, Tomato Chopped-, Turmeric Powder- ¼ tsp, Chilli Powder- 1tbsp, Salt- to taste, Garam Masala-1 tsp, Kasuri Methi- ½ tsp, Chopped Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp, Hot water-2 cups
