Vetran actress mallika sikumaran has charmed the malayali audience with a number amazing roles on screen. The actress-business women has lived in a number of houses, all of which are close to her heart. She currently stayed in an elegant house, ‘parthana’, at kundanbagam near pangod in Thiruvananthapuram. The house was designed and built by lyer and mahesh architects.

The exterior are built in the contemporary style with box like structure. There are two car porches in front of the house. The house has a family living space, formal living area, dining, courtyard, two kitchens and 4 bedrooms. The interiors are in the semi open style which helps to make it look more specious.

As you get in to the house, the eyes are drawn to a huge picture of mallika’s late husband, legendary actor sukumaran. The pooja room is adjacent to the dining hall. Six people can comfortably sit on the dining table. The beautiful courtyard is one of the most attractive features of the interiors. There are two kitchens in the house. One is a traditional kitchen. The other one is a modern modular kitchen.
