The design of this house uses elements conceptually shifted from the warm, coastal and wet areas of Kerala to the tropical climate of Delhi. Careful selection of the appropriate components used a deep surrounding veranda as a shading device under a high-slope roof, and designed a cooling effect centered on the courtyard and other design interventions. It is designed to take full advantage of the benefits of the sun and the wind to fight Delhi’s heat. Provide an entrance to the house. The entrance leads to the courtyard surrounded by the pillar of the tree trunk of the renewable coconut tree supplied by Kerala State.
