A 14 Lakh home on 3 cents

Plot:
The all out territory of the whole plot is 3 pennies. The plot without anyone else was a strong one and thus very little costs were caused in making the establishment.

Outside:
Because the financial plan was restricted, no trade offs were made with respect to the feel or the excellence of the outside. The check design given on one of the outside divider stands out for everyone. For this, a layer of divider cladding tiles was adhered to the divider. Over this cladding, another layer of dark concrete was applied.

When this was leveled with clay, earthy colored shaded squares were drawn. Absent a lot of costs, the outside scores atta boys, says Sabeer.

Family room:
The fundamental entryway opens into a parlor. Vitrified tiles have been utilized in the insides. The market pace of these tiles is Rs 60 for every sq. ft. yet, from the Trust, it was given at the pace of Rs.49 per sq. ft. All the furniture in the lounge are reused old pieces and the alterations cost around just Rs 7000. The steps start at the family room and underneath this a little drinking fountain has been given. The readymade model of this wellspring costs about Rs 22,000 rupees outside, yet when Sabeer manufactured it himself, this was finished with a simple Rs 1500!

Feasting Hall:
The ceramics rack that parcels the feasting territory and the kitchen is the star here. The three-sided formed rack worked of MDF was even highlighted on the spread page of the Vanitha Veedu magazine.

Room:
There are 3 rooms in the house. One room is on the ground floor and two are on the highest level. In spite of the fact that all the rooms are little in size, the huge windows in each, gives it a breezy feel with a great deal of light.

Kitchen:
The L-molded kitchen shows up little and reduced. The cabinets have a chocolate earthy colored and white shading subject. The divider tiles over the ledges follow a similar subject. Despite the fact that little, there is sufficient space here for the ice chest and the overhead cupboards.

Highest level:
The stylistic layout of the highest level have utilized some spending plan amicable and inventive components. Reused crude materials like cycle chain, wheel cup, tire, metal seats and so forth structure the divider specialty of this room. The teapoy is another fascinating thing here. A conventional teapoy transformed into a mechanized one formed like an auto cart. A confined fine art made of pieces of old garments is another special work.
