Like everyone else, Mr.Smeer and his family too wished to build a dream home on a medium budget. It came true at Mullanpara, Malappuram the 1000 square feet house perfectly reflects the contemporary dwelling with all the modern facilities. More than the budget, it was shape of the plot which posed a challenge to smaeer and his architect alike. It was architect Navas of the Lezara Designers who designed this house to perfectly suit the unique shape of the 7 cent plot.

The triangular pillars, just in front of the sit out, are eye catching features. The exterior remind one of the traditional architecture. This house is single storey one. The living and the dining areas are designed in the L shape. Gypsum is used on the ceiling and the walls are highlighted with charming wall papers.

The stairway is adjacent to the dining area. There is enough room space in both 2 bedrooms. Only the master bedroom is bath attached. The kitchen too follows the minimal style. The construction of the house was completed on a reasonable budget of Rs 27 lack. The flooring done in the matte wood finish is another mesmerizing feature of the interiors. Besides, the excellent cross ventilation makes the interiors pleasant and comfortable.
