This is well thought-out elevation and plan of a beautiful kerala house. It covers a 900 square feet plot of land and has basically everything a home needs to be comfortable and attractive. A house that is less than 8 lack and which features the looks. This was the dream of Ashish, a native of Pathanamthitta.

This low budget dream house raises far above expectation. There is an sit out, living, family living area, dining area, one bedroom, kitchen and common bathroom. In this house which has an area of 900 square feet. The total area of entire plot is one cent. The architect vows that the budget did not exceed 8 lack after the construction and furnishing of the house.

The foundation is built using hard rocks. Red bricks, mud bricks and porotherm bricks, brought from Bangaluru were used to build the walls. The truss work is done over the roof and is paved with mud tiles. Used mud tiles, bricks and hard rocks brought for cheaper price helped lower the cost of the construction. Old wood were reused to make the doors, windows, furniture, and the ceiling as well. The beautiful view of faraway river can be enjoyed from the balcony.
