The second floor landing features breathtaking views of the surrounding forest. The design team made the stairs from painted white steel for the fence and a glass window for the stairs. The built-in bookshelf is Makassar Ebony. The minimalist’s master suite is on the second floor. The existing vertical window balances privacy and views. Three-dimensional LED sconce lights are connected to the walls on both sides of the bed. The wet bathroom area of the Master Bath includes a deep bathtub view and a shower wall covered with a glass subway tile. Porcelain tile covers the floor. Custom designed vanity top with white lacquer base and Caesar stone top will rise from the floor and increase the air feeling of the space. A new double-height roof is in a wonderful room, with big vertical windows on both sides of the new fireplace. In addition, the exterior contains new siding in Viroc and Hardieplank. Modern, functional and stunning old things are new.
