Designer Speaks

Here is what Deepu Sashidharan had to say: “My initial idea changed into to build a storey house. But after I drew up the plan and worked out the price range, the plan had to be shelved. That would have value me near 25 lakhs at least. I brought Architect Niranjan to peer the plot and he turned into also of the opinion to go for a unmarried storey residence as an alternative. Since all the rooms come towards one side, there may be genuinely no wastage of space. There are stairs given on the outside to head as much as the terrace. One excursion when I came down, the concreting changed into completed. The ultimate works were also completed quickly. The construction cloth is predominantly Solid Blocks. We had to reduce down all the coconut timber at the plot besides for one, for the wood. My residence is right at the Chirrakkal Junction and so determined to name it the Chirrakkal House.”
