2300 Square Feet 4 Bedroom Modern Contemporary Style home and Interior

If you’ve been looking for a uniquely shaped and distinctively designed house to build, then have a look at this house. On first glance, it may look like a house put together with building boxes. The windows are partially framed with concrete as an extended portion of the walls. Though it covers only an area of 2300 square feet, it looks way more larger than its size.

The box shaped elevation in white and red shade is an eye-catching feature. The outer wall decorated with cladding’s enhance the overall look of the house. The house has porch, sit out, living room, dining area, 4 bedrooms with attached bathroom, prayer area, kitchen, work area, an up stair living space and balcony. One can enter the bedrooms in the ground floor from the dining area.

There are 2 bedrooms with attached bath facility, a living space and a balcony on the first floor. There is a work area in L shape adjacent to the kitchen. The construction of this charming house was completed in 2018. This 4 bhk two storey house is designed by Hello homes. It even has a very neat look with fine lines decorating the plain walls. There’s no roof to be seen either due to the popular flat roof design.
