The elegant 2300 square feet house built in kottayam is a beautiful structure where the classic colonial architecture merges with chic contemporary style. The roof is in many levels, and white grey hue is a highlighting feature of the elevation. Terracotta tiles paved on the roof provide a cool atmosphere-inside the house. Natural stone and grass are the main features of the landscaping.
The sit out is arranged in a unique design ensuring privacy. The drawing hall is vast and specious. Long sofas and sitting spaces are arranged here to accommodate the family members and guests. There is also accommodate dining hall you’ll love. There are 4 bath attached bedrooms in the house. It has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and two bedrooms on the upper storey.
The stairs lead to the passage, which offers a good view of the spaces on the lower floor. Though the kitchen looks specious, there are ample spaces for storage.
