The elegant fusion style 2400 square feet house built in koothattukulam is a beautiful structure where the modern contemporary architecture merges with chic contemporary style. The roof is in many levels and white, grey hue is a highlighting feature of the elevation. terracotta tiles paved on the roof provide a cool atmosphere inside the house. Natural stone and grass are the main features of the landscaping.

The sit out is arranged in a unique design ensuring privacy. The drawing hall is vast and specious. Long sofas and sitting spaces are arranged here to accommodate the family members and guests. There is also a comfortable dining hall you’ll love. There are 5 bath attached bedrooms in the house. It has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the upper storey. The stairs lead to the passage, which offers a good view of the spaces on the lower floor.

Though the kitchen looks spacious, there are ample spaces for storage. There is a small work area a beside the kitchen, and a wardrobe style storage unit is a highlight here. A car porch is also incorporated in this design. Faisal Pulikkal, who designed the grand house, feel contended for satisfying all the requirements of the owner Thams PJ and his family members.
