On an 18 cent plot at irinjalkuda in Thrissur district, Anwar and his doctor wife have made a house that measures 3800 square feet in size. The overall view gives the building a touch of colonial architecture. The outer surface of the walls has stone cladding. The slanting roofs have shingles paved on them. The interiors are in semi-open style shapes. Noticeable is a water body between the formal living and family living areas.

The shuttered Louvre window on the wall escorts the breeze to inside. The house has 5 bedrooms, each designed according to the taste of the family’s members. The dining table suits six people to sit around and eat. Ease in maintenance, particularly, is the focus of the kitchen.
There is a small break fast counter as well. The cabinets are done in light grey and white hues. Windows on the east side lets enough sun rays and natural light into the kitchen. The interiors look pleasant in colors such as brown, beige and yellow. This modern and stylish house is brought you by Sanil Chacko Space Scape Architects, Thrissur.
