This is budget traditional style design. The slope roof design and the extended structure from the wall make it beautiful. The total design gives a traditional touch at the first sight. Both the floors covers an area of 1700 square feet and accommodate 3 bedrooms along 3 bathrooms. The slope roof not only designed to be unique, but also to make the house look all the modern.
Architect from the Salim P.M, AS Designers Forum, Malappuram had designed this house. The main entrance door opens to the formal living area. It is the beautiful courtyard which separates the living and the dining areas. The modular kitchen is designed to suit the preferences of the family members. An adjacent work area with storage facilities, completes the kitchen.
