Present architects with challenges and countless possibilities. Kolchin and Torshina faced numerous technical difficulties when refurbishing the interior of this apartment into a historic street, but we were able to play with graphic elements and classical past modern though. Unless the building was refurbished once again, a huge apartment in a layout like a rental housing arbitrarily subdivided the architectural style associated with the large apartment building where the unit becomes a rental property. The owner had one special request: a big home bar they were able to entertain the guests. An architect centered on that one element. The resulting layout has two layouts, one of which goes directly into the kitchen and its bars. The guest enters here and uses this staircase to lift food. As it is broken or too worn out, there is everything that had to be thrown away. There was enough left in the living / dining room so we had to find something similar to the other spaces. However, the old board easily has a unique texture, you can touch and feel like a stone. They and their guests are mixing and enjoying themselves. It is set as a square room with plenty of space and islands. Inexpensive tiles. Some are cut to make it visible over time, creating a playful visual effect. A line illuminating the bar counter. Interesting detail: The client insisted that all the lighting fixtures in the apartment have the same base. Now you can use the same type of bulb to replace one in the house.
