The city code instructed that the new building must conform to the characteristics of the style of the existing house roof window style and bring an attractive style cottage placed in the old garage footprint. The difference was designed to include bedroom height loft. We built an existing wrapped fiber cement siding siding and cedar single unit. The ceiling spray foam insulation adds extra heat and the ductless heat pump heats and cools the entire structure. On the bright and spacious 1st floor there is a living room and a washing machine, and the loft is a spacious bedroom. The floor is sealed with natural concrete. The neutral pallet is punched with yellow and red, the sofa is double, the unit can accommodate 4 people.
