Architect Boone Davidson (Lanefab Design / Build) started this project, which is called “Two Birds”, like many other things he did recently. A young couple is trying to build a starter home behind their parents property. This couple wanted to create not only the statement of the employees of the eco-apparel company but also the environment friendly eco-friendly house reflecting the personality. Davidson is a small house while maintaining privacy. One way he and his team accomplished this was to build an L-shaped house around the patio and garden and to add a small courtyard between the master suite and guest bedroom.
