Thrissur antive Bineeth’s new house in cheloor, Irinjalkkuda is a classic exapmle of modern and elegant kerala architectural style. Designer Sumisha Midhun had this in mind when the plan drawn. The interiors, however, are in the modern-contemporary style. The unique design of this house, which projects minimalism in all its beauty, caters to the whether conditions in kerala.

The small courtyard is paved with natural stones and the green meadows add to its beauty. The roof tiles paved on the sloping roof is indeed an eye-catching feature of this house. Vitrified tiles are used on the floor. The dining area and kitchen are in open style. The dining table is simple, yet elegant.
