Septic Tank and its Design

The tank which Stores a waste water of House or building is known as Septic Tank. Septic Tank is mounted in which there may be no right drainage device. In order save, the Wastage or sewage for 10-30 Days Septic tank is built and the same is designed.

This tank is commonly mounted underneath 1.5m-1.8m from floor degree. Waste water coming from sewer Pipes of the residence are connected to Septic tank.

Generally, if the density of solids that’s greater than the water is settled at the bottom of tank, if density of solids that is less than the water floats. The settled Solids is referred to as as Sludge and floating solids is known as as scum.
