Process for manufacturing mica sheet

Mica is ground dry to yield finely divided mica particles prior to forming a sheet. A single sheet of uniform thickness is formed at one time by means of pouring a colloid combination of the ground mica, water and a colloid agent onto a mesh display screen. Vacuum way and a hydraulic press are used to complete the formation of a sheet. The sheet additionally consists of a resin binder. The resin can be lined at the ground mica previous to the formation of the collodial mixture, or the resin may be implemented to the sheet after the sheet has been subjected to vacuum treatment and previous to being pressed.
