Kumbalangi Nights Movie Home
Napoleon’s sons live in a dilapidated house at a desolate isle in kumbalangi. The audience feels a unique emotional bonding towards the house which plays a significant role in the movie ‘kumbalangi nights’. However, not many know that the rugged house, which expose the bare bricks in mossy green, door-less doorways curtained by old cloth pieces, was specially constructed for the movie.
The credit for creating the house with such originality goes to the film’s art director Jyothish Sankar. He had made the house look years old, without applying even a single coat of paint, after carefully observing such houses and structures for quite long. The charming house that is shown in the movie was actually built for it.
Many find it hard to believe that even the fungus attached to the walls of that house was carefully created to make it look real and believable. Kumbalangi nights directed by debut-ant madhu c narayan stars Fahadh Fasil, Shane Nigam, Soubin Shahir and Sreenath Bhasi in the lead roles.
