Kerala style mutton head curry

Wash the bits of goat’s head well. Overflow with a little water in a reasonable dish or weight cooker till cooked.
In another vessel, saute the onions, green chilies and the ginger garlic glue for quite a while.

Include the bean stew powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, mustard powder and broil for quite a while with a little water. Include the cooked goat’s head pieces alongside the soup, cleaved garlic and salt and stew till the sauce is thick. Trimming with hacked coriander if merited.
