How To Install Wall Stone Cladding Process
Wall cladding’s are stone veneer tiles which provide a decorative covering for your wall. In fact, it can be an enjoyable and satisfying process seeing your property being transformed.
For the installation of stone cladding some tools and materials are requires; Which are, angle grinder, bucket and cloth, roller, pencil, set square, sponges straight edge, tape measure, towel, primer and stacked stone, water and icy pole sticks. First clean the area you’re planning to turn into the feature wall. Then, use an outdoor silicon product around the edges scrap off any excess silicon with an icy pole stick. Before you begin, first ensure that you have the necessary amount of wall cladding for your project.
Measure the lengths and widths for all the walls you would like to install the wall cladding on. Ensure that there are no dust, durst or debris on the wall you instead to work on. A spirit level is recommended you can start off by dry laying the first row to grasp a mental picture of the end result. Mix the tile adhesive/ glue. First apply the adhesive/ glue to the first level of the wall using a trowel then apply some adhesive to the back of the individual stacked stone panel as well, and press into the wall. Cut your stacked stone by using grinder equipped with diamond blade. When laying the stacked stone, always start from the bottom and work your way up each row. You can prepare a wet sponge to clean up any excess adhesive stuck to the wall.
