How I Clean my Kitchen

1. Clear The Decks!
Put away all of the items that belong inside the kitchen but are not in their proper vicinity. Then pass directly to amassing all the gadgets that do NOT belong within the kitchen. 5. Start At The Top
Knocking dirt and particles onto the floor is OK because you’re going to be sweeping it all up later. Use an extended-treated duster and work your way around the complete perimeter of the room. Clean the corners, the light furnishings, and the tops of the cabinets. Don’t forget the top of the fridge. When you’ve worked your manner returned to where you started, you’re ready to transport on.

6. Wipe Down Upper Cabinets & Clean Microwave
Set a moist sponge within the microwave and “cook dinner” for 2 mins. While the microwave is doing it’s work, dip a rag within the heat, cleaning soap water and use it to wipe down the doors and pulls of the higher shelves and whatever else at the wall as you circle the room. The sponge inside the microwave ought to be cool enough to address now. Use it to wipe down the outside and inside of the microwave.

7. Wipe Down Countertops and Stovetop

Use some other rag dipped inside the warm soapy water to wipe down the the front of the refrigerator, dishwasher and oven. Pay close attention to handles and outdoor edges. (Use my Stainless Steel Cleaner or vinegar diluted with water for stainless-steel appliances.)

. Wipe Down Lower Cabinet Doors & Drawers
Once once more, a rag dipped in warm, soapy water will do the process.

10. Finish Dishes and Clean Sink
Place the items which have been soaking inside the sink into the dishwasher or wash through hand. Drain the sink and rinse with warm water. Clean the basin with a slight abrasive like baking soda, or if you need a touch more strength, I like Bar Keepers Friend. Rinse with hot water again. Wipe down the faucet and handles with a microfiber cloth.

11. Empty The Trash
Give the inside of the can a quick wipe down with a wet rag earlier than changing the bag.

12. Sweep & Mop The Floor
Using a broom or a dry duster, get proper as much as the baseboards, below the cabinets and into the corners. Pull out appliances if important. Follow up with a mop or steam cleanser. Start on the farthest corner from the doorway to the room. If the use of a mop, make certain to apply a bucket. You don’t want to infect your smooth sink. Dump the grimy water outdoor or in the rest room.
