The oldest recognized website is PP13B at Pinnacle Point. This might also have allowed speedy expansion of human beings out of Africa and colonization of areas of the world together with Australia by way of 60–50,000 years ago. Throughout southern Africa, Australia, and Europe, early cutting-edge human beings used caves and rock shelters as sites for rock artwork, along with those at Giants Castle. Caves together with the yaodong in China have been used for safe haven; different caves have been used for burials (inclusive of rock-cut tombs), or as religious websites (together with Buddhist caves).
