Here’s a new and unique design of a Kerala house. It has two story’s and both these storeys end up covering an area of 1960 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The design of this house is the first thing that grabs the attention. While it undoubtedly is large, the high flat and massive roofs make it look larger. The upturned square shape portion of this roof is designed by a beautiful parapetta, that is then held up by 2 pillars.

The house, which stands on an 6 cent plot in malappuram, exudes all the charm of a modern abode built in the contemporary architectural style. There are former living and drawing room, dining area, kitchen, work area, 4 bedroom with attached bathroom, upper living area, upper dining area, balcony and open terrace in this 1960 square feet of elegant house.

The dining area, which is separated with wood texture tiles, is arranged adjacent to the stairway. The master bedroom is designed in the classic black and white theme. Plywood and veneer are used for the furnishing. The entire house is designed on a common theme of white and wooden hues. The kitchen is designed in the white and black theme.
