This elaborate nalukettu built by delightedly following the vastu rules emanates the elegant charm of the traditional architecture. This house with an area of 4015 square feet, faces towards north and is located in such a way giving a specious backyard. There is a padipura or a gate way from the road. Pillars have a way of intensifying the beauty of an already beautiful house.
So is the same with this house design. With half to full pillars on the porch, sit out, balcony and the railings, the house looks stunning in an artistic way. You’ll also notice that there are multiple windows in a row,almost 4 together. This could be an attempt of the architect to provide more light into this mention, while making it look stylish at the same time. The wooden entrance door is decorated with beautiful carvings and is attached with a mangalapalaka.
The formal living space is vast and specious with wooden flooring. The courtyard is most striking feature, an elaborate wood-work with exquisite designs adorns the upper part of the courtyard. The dining space is on the left side of the courtyard. The adjacent open kitchen has lots of cabinets made in teak wood. An island kitchen too has been designed here. The house sports 4 bedrooms. The built in wardrobes and attached bathrooms add to the comfort level of the house.
