The elegant 2040 square feet house built in Nedumangad is a beautiful structure where the classic colonial architecture merges with chic contemporary style. The roof is in many levels, and white grey hue is a highlighting feature of the elevation. Terracotta tiles paved on the roof provide a cool atmosphere inside the house. Natural stone and grass are the main features of the landscaping.

The sit out is arranged in a unique design ensuring privacy. The drawing hall is vast and specious. Long sofas and sitting spaces are arranged here to accommodate the family members and guests. There is also a comfortable dining hall you’ll love. There are 4 bath attached bedrooms in the house. It has 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the upper storey.

The stairs lead to the passage, which offers a good view of the spaces on the lower floor. Though the kitchen looks specious, there are ample spaces for storage.
