This small house at west hill in calicut district is almost like a road map on how to go about to build a house with out exorbitant costs. Dileep’s design and plan was in such a way that the draw backs of the plot could be over looked.

The total area of the entire plot is 4.5 cents. The entire cost of this 1603 sq. ft. home, including the interiors cam up to just 28 lacks. The living area, dining area and kitchen come along the same line. Concrete roofing on the top floor was done for the two bedrooms and upper living area.
