1200 Square Feet 3 Bedroom Low Budget Contemporary Style House Design

From the Indian Coffee House in Thiruvananthapuram to the Institute of India in India, we love and see symbolic exposed bricks by many famous architects. Let’s take a look at the six modern Indian houses that adopted this material. I can not take my eyes off this atypical house. The sculpture mass of this house consists of a cylindrical drum-shaped living space and a tall bathroom, behind which the rest of the house spreads. The boundary wall of the same material forms a hollow square framing this structure. Built with mainly exposed bricks and concrete, this building is a perfect example of a cheap and sustainable urban housing unit. Long vertical drilling brick screen provides shade and privacy to the interior. Black metal doors and window frames add to the creative of contemporary façade design. The white gigantic band connects the triangular wedge and the cylindrical block to one magnificent design. Two exterior blocks were styled with bricks and concrete in the process of refurbishing and building Vaasuthu’s house with the history of 30 years. A bond of deeply grouted Flanders, the brick’s face is surrounded by wooden doors and windows. These features help the exposed bricks keep the white mass of the building behind and connect with each other as a team. This contemporary, arch-red-brown façade is interested in the spectacular colony of Sainik Farms in Delhi. Rough texture and clean design creates curiosity about what is inside. Gray shade that increases the elegant house brick exterior.
