Present architects with challenges and countless possibilities. Kolchin and Torshina faced numerous technical difficulties when refurbishing the interior of this apartment into a historic street, but we were able to play with graphic elements and classical past modern though. Unless the building was refurbished once again, a huge apartment in a layout like a rental housing arbitrarily subdivided the architectural style associated with the large apartment building where the unit becomes a rental property. The owner had one special request: a big home bar they were able to entertain the guests. An architect centered on that one element. The resulting layout has two layouts, one of which goes directly into the kitchen and its bars. The guest enters here and uses this staircase to lift food. As it is broken or too worn out, there is everything that had to be thrown away. There was enough left in the living / dining room so we had to find something similar to the other spaces. However, the old board easily has a unique texture, you can touch and feel like a stone. They and their guests are mixing and enjoying themselves.
